Carol Wysham

Carol Wysham, MD, completed her fellowship in Endocrinology and Metabolism at the University of Iowa College of Medicine, after which she spent 6 years on the faculty at the University of Minnesota. Since 1992, she has been a clinical endocrinologist at the Rockwood Center for Diabetes and Endocrinology in Spokane, Washington. She is also Clinical Professor of Medicine at the University of Washington and has 23 years of experience in Clinical Research, including as investigator for the ACCORD, AIM-HIGH, ADOPT, EMPA-REG, LEADER, and CANVAS studies. She has served as Co-chair and Chair of the Annual Meeting of the Endocrine Society (2014 - 2016) as well as past-chair of the American Diabetes Association’s Professional Practice Committee.
